Prudhvi Kolaventy
Prudhvi Kolaventy graduated in P.G Diploma from Nalsar University in Cyber Laws in 2018. He has a wide variety of work experience over 8 years in various job roles in distinct fields at ITC, Capgemini & Uber. He is the CEO, Director and Founder of Citadel Sports Pvt Ltd (Est. 2021). He is also the Director of Rosa, his Wife's fashion label (Est. 2020). In December, 2023 he founded Transcendence Technologies after learning coding (HTML, CSS, PHP & Javascript) and has developed some prototypes of a few web-apps that are yet to be launched in the Market before joining the CRISP in November 2024.
In February 2025, He successfully completed AIFF D Coaching Certificate and in May 2025 he launched Citadel Football Academy in Nex Arena, Shaikpet as the Head Coach. At the CRISP, in June and July 2024 he worked as Consultant on the ILP/ BRAC Graduation Project, visiting Vikarabad & Asifabad Districts to identify & interact with the Poorest-of-the-Poor (PoPs) and submitted Recce Reports.
He joined the NISHE project, as an Associate in November 2024, within less than a year, with the help of the CRISP team, he has helped implement over 100 new AEDPs in 52 new HEIs, approved BoS of 18 AEDPs (12 new AEDPs) in 7 State Constituent Universities as well as completed over 100 field visits to active and target colleges around Telangana. He has helped upgrade the MIS website through constant testing and feedback. He wishes to one day establish a Sports NGO which does similar work in the Sports sector such as the CRISP.
He is a National Level Football Player who Captained Abbas Union Football Club, Darulshifa, Hyderabad in the AIFF I-League 3 (2023-24) & assisted the lone goal against Southern Sporting Union, Manipur in I-League 3 (2024-25) which helped the club top their group in the group stages and reach the Final Round for the first time in the state's history.
