Vikas Walke is a budding policy maker with four years of diverse experience across various contexts. As a first-generation learner, he has completed his Master’s in Dalit and Tribal Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, along with a Certificate course in Public Policy and Management from IIM Lucknow.
His professional journey includes valuable work with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, where he served as a MGN Fellow in Mizoram. In addition to his professional achievements, Vikas is a co-author of the Marathi book "Tin Mulanche Char Diwas" and has published detailed ground reports on Assam and Mizoram across multiple print and digital platforms.
Recognized for his contributions, he is also a recipient of the Yadunath Thatte Young Research Fellowship. Beyond his professional endeavors, Vikas is passionate about cycling and has traveled around 4,000 km through central India, showcasing his adventurous spirit and commitment to exploration.
